From Healing Myself to Helping You: Why I Wrote “Healing the Gut. A Comprehensive Guide”.

For as long as I can remember, I struggled with gut problems. As a child, I often had stomachaches—real, uncomfortable, and persistent. But doctors waved them off. “It’s nothing” they said.


Then in my early twenties, I got food poisoning. It changed everything.


After that, my gut never worked the same way again. Daily bloating, unpredictable diarrhea, sharp stomach pain, and a constant feeling of fatigue became my new normal. My immune system weakened. And still, every doctor told me my lab results looked “fine.” But I was not fine. I lived like that for over 16 years.

Despite years of tests, no one ever mentioned gut flora or dysbiosis. No one explored the connection between gut health and immune function. So I started searching for answers myself. I studied herbal medicine, environmental medicine, nutrition, and functional lab testing. I tried everything, from elimination diets and targeted supplements to energetic medicine and detox protocols. Through this long and often painful journey, I realized one thing: A weak gut can be the silent driver behind years of unexplained symptoms. And in my case, I believe it was the physical foundation that later led to a total immune system collapse triggered by mold and chemical exposure, and Lyme disease. My system became overactive and sensitive to nearly everything. But the physical roots of it all? They started in the gut.


That’s why I wrote this book.Healing the Gut: A Comprehensive Guide is the book I wish someone had handed me at the beginning.
