7.1. The website (www.anitawasik.com) collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including Personal Information, if provided.
7.2. The site may record information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
7.3. The service, in some cases, may save information to help associate the data in the form with the e-mail address of the user completing the form.
7.4. The data provided in the forms are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a particular form e.g., to complete the process of booking appointments, contact, answering to the questions, etc. Each time the context and description of the form clearly informs what the form is used for.
