Follow Up Consultation

Service Description

Following on from your initial consultation few follow-up consultations every 4-6 weeks are normally necessary in order to assess your progress. We will check in and discuss symptom improvements so that I can help steer and adjust the treatment. When you begin to see significant improvements in your health and well-being our appointments together will progressively become spaced further and further apart. You will be working on the foundations we have established and ideally need less herbal and supplement support ongoing. If you have had a condition for a long time it may take some time, and your commitment, to nudge you back into a state of health. What is included: • 30-45 minute Follow ups • Review progress and any changes in symptoms • Interpreting medical tests results • Refine and update your dietary protocol • Ongoing education around the use of diet, lifestyle strategies • Written plan including herbs, supplements, and diet recommendations. What is not included: • Medical tests. Within 48-72 business hours, a plan will be emailed to you outlining my recommendations. These often include herbal prescription, functional testing suggestions, supplements, diet, and lifestyle recommendations.

Cancellation Policy

My goal is to provide quality health care to all clients in a timely manner. Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you need to cancel your appointment, please send an email or call. Cancellations has to be done minimum 24 hours before the appointment. If appointment is not cancelled in time, charge will be 50% of the service fee.
