THE STORY
What shaped
the work.
My entry into medicine was through science. A decade of doctoral and postdoctoral research at the Max Planck Institute, Helmholtz Zentrum, and the University of Helsinki. Molecular mechanisms of kidney and lung disease, and the cytoskeletal architecture that governs how cells receive and transmit mechanical signals. Fifteen peer-reviewed papers. Grants from the Kidney Foundation, Diabetes Research Foundation, and Biomedicum Helsinki Foundation. That rigour never left. It is why I read research differently to most integrative practitioners, and why every clinical decision is grounded in mechanism, not assumption.
Like many of my clients, I encountered chronic health challenges that conventional medicine could not resolve. Normal tests. Normal assessments. Everything normal except the reality of living in the body.
That experience broke something open. It showed me that the limits of a diagnostic system are not the limits of the problem-only the limits of the tool.
That gap sent me somewhere the laboratory had not. I studied medical herbalism with the same rigour I had applied to bench science, and the emotional and energetic patterns that sustain dysfunction long after its original cause has resolved. The result is what I now call the full system: the body as an interconnected field of regulation and intelligence, not a collection of isolated parts. That is the foundation of a natural medicine approach to complex chronic illness that goes where standard care cannot. That is the foundation of everything I do with clients today: rigorous, precise, and unafraid to go to the level where the problem actually lives.

EXPERTISE
Three disciplines.
Held with equal rigour.
Most practitioners develop depth in one framework. I have spent years building genuine expertise in four — and learning how they speak to each other. The integration is not eclectic. It is structural.
01
BIOMEDICAL SCIENCE
The evidence layer
Years of bench science — applied now to reading what standard panels miss, understanding how dysfunction propagates across systems, and giving clients a precise mechanistic explanation for what is happening in their body.
02
MEDICAL HERBALISM
The intelligence layer
A Diploma in Herbal Medicine applied with the standard of pharmacology. Not just supplements but targeted botanical intervention at specific system failures, phased and sequenced for the individual case.
03
INTUITIVE & ENERGY MEDICINE
The depth layer
Clinical intuition built from years of complex cases used not in place of rigour, but to direct where the rigour should look. It has been responsible for the most significant turns in difficult cases.

HOW I WORK
The standards I hold
without exception
These are not aspirations. They are the operating conditions of every client relationship, every session, every protocol I produce.
01
Precision over reassurance
I will tell you what I actually see, not what you might prefer to hear. Honest, clear analysis is the only foundation on which real progress can be built.
02
System, not symptom
Every symptom is a message from a broader pattern. I follow the pattern — not the complaint — because that is where the resolution actually lives.
03
Structure and accountability
Results depend on consistent implementation. My role is to provide the clearest possible map. Your role is to follow it. Both matter equally.
04
Absolute discretion
Everything you share is held with complete confidentiality — your health, your personal context, your professional life. Always, without exception.
05
Continuous refinement
A static protocol is a failed protocol. The approach evolves with your system's response — precisely adjusted, never left on autopilot.
06
Love as the foundation
Underneath all the precision and structure is a genuine commitment to your restoration. This work is, at its core, an act of care.
