Food Diary Assessment and Consultation

Service Description

During the consultation we will evaluate your 7-14 days food diary containing all foods, drinks, and their amounts. We will also look at the symptoms you experience during that period to evaluate any possible connection between the food you eat and your well-being. If food intolerance is not properly managed, these symptoms can adversely affect general health. Depending on your symptoms, a functional food intolerance test may be recommended and will be discussed here. What is included: • Reviewing your 7-14 days food diary • Reviewing your symptoms • Assessing your nutritional need • Reviewing supplements and medications you take • Written plan including diet and supplements recommendations What is not included: • Herbs recommendation • Medical tests. Within 48-72 business hours, a plan will be emailed to you outlining diet and supplements recommendations.

Cancellation Policy

My goal is to provide quality health care to all clients in a timely manner. Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you need to cancel your appointment, please send an email or call. Cancellations has to be done minimum 24 hours before the appointment. If appointment is not cancelled in time, charge will be 50% of the service fee.
